Jakks signed an exclusive worldwide master toy license with MGM Consumer Products for American Gladiators, a television program that airs on NBC. Jakks expects to launch a line of American Gladiators toys and related products in Spring 2009, based on the characters and challenges seen on the show. American Gladiators is produced by MGM Television and Reveille in association with Flor-Jon Films, Inc.
The comprehensive American Gladiators license agreement includes action figures, accessories, as well as outdoor sports and seasonal products, and role play toys, all based on the new American Gladiators live action series and the classic television series. |

Season Two of American Gladiators to Begin Taping This Month!
Filming The Race to Witch Mountain, along side Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson Tanoai began prepping for the new Disney Bound movie, starring Dwayne Johnson. He was on set, Friday - March 28th to fill in spots for his cousin who wasn’t present. Filming will take place between now and June, so look out for more updates and hopefully on the set photos in the near future. The Race to Witch Mountain is scheduled for a world wide release on March 13th, 2009. Tanoai to be featured in the June Issue of Max Muscle & Island Magazine!

Tanoai will be returning back to the Gladiator Stadium to begin Gladiator bootcamp to prepare for the kick off of the second season of Ameican Gladiators! This season you’ll find him competing in the joust and ring competitions. There also will be some new events added into the mix. Don’t miss your chance to check out a whole new season with new competitors and new challenges - coming soon!
